What we collect
Two things, and only for clear reasons.
- Your email address, if you choose to join the watchlist early list or ask us to watch a company. We use it only to contact you about FirmSonar.
- The company number you look up, so we can read that company's public Companies House filings and show you the result. We do not tie the companies you check to you personally.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We do not run advertising trackers. We do not require an account to run a free check. We do not store a personal profile of the companies you search.
Where your data lives
Email addresses are stored with our hosting and database providers on servers in the UK or EU. Company information comes from Companies House, the official UK register (Crown copyright), which is public data.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
